Roll Up Project is a window gallery in Oakland’s Jack London District that features emerging and established artists.
There are 2 windows to see - the Door is located at 217 Harrison Street. It is open from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
The Window is located around the corner at 307 Third Street. It is visible all the time.
Collage Artist Lab
Headed to New Orleans for a multi-day collage lab hosted by the Kolaj Institute.
So excited to be part of a workshop focused only on collage in a contemporary art context.
The lab considers how collagists use popular material culture in their work and who want to develop
a practice of working with historic sites or history associations to create and present art that embeds
itself in non-traditional spaces and speaks to a general community about contemporary issues.
